Each piece is handcrafted with care, using precious materials. Collection pieces are made in sterling silver, gold plated sterling silver or 18 karat gold. On request any piece can be made in solid gold or other precious metals. Would you like another gemstone? Please ask.

Each piece is made on demand, collection pieces as well. After an order is placed from the general collection, it will be shipped in 3-4 weeks. For rings from the lovers collection and custom pieces it can take up to 8-12 weeks after the first meeting, depending on the design.

Because each piece is made on demand, to size and with choice of material, returns are not accepted. However, because of size difficulty, an exception can be made for cuffs that are chosen from the collection. You are always welcome to try on pieces in my workshop in Ghent.

Ring sizes are in European sizes, download the size guide for a little help. Are you buying a gift and you can’t figure out the ring size? For every problem there is a solution. Just ask. Note that when a ring contains a stone, resizing is not always possible.

Always store your jewellery pieces in their boxes when you are not wearing them. Keep them in a dry place, preferably not in your bathroom. Keep them away from water, perfume, chlorine or other chemicals. Take them off when you go sporting or sunbathing. That is definitely recommended for gold plated jewellery or pieces with stones or pearls.

Gold plated jewellery is made of sterling silver coated with a layer of 22 karat gold. This is a thick coating, but it is subject to wear. Over time it can be damaged. However, gold plating can be renewed easily.
